What did I learn?
Everybody does laundry
This was obvious, but seriously, I had no clue how passionate people were about their laundry. What I thought was just a chore turned out to be something that's connected to routine, comfort, and even identity in some cases.
Proper affordances mixed with the right feedback = recipe for success
I noticed how quickly uncertainty creeps in when a button or gesture isn’t clear. When affordances are obvious and feedback is immediate, every interaction feels confident.
Efficiency drives satisfaction
Even small time savings can completely transform the experience. When steps are simplified and tasks flow smoothly, users immediately sense the value and feel that the product respects their time.
